Fastener Distribution with a Twist

In an industry that traditionally shuns technology, Fastener SuperStore has experienced rapid growth by embracing the Internet and developing an extensive e-commerce ready website. More than 70% of Fastener SuperStore's sales are generated via their website, which, to date, has registered over 10,000 buyers.

Web buyers receive e-mail notifications when their order is confirmed and accepted and also when it has shipped, complete with package tracking information.

Fastener SuperStore offers extremely quick order turnaround and ships all Web orders placed by 3:00pm Central on the same day. With shipping locations on the East Coast, West Coast and in the Midwest, most Fastener SuperStore customers receive their parts in a day or two, while only paying for Ground freight service.

Barnicle explains the importance of quick shipping, “With the type of customer we specialize in, small manufacturers, builders, DIY’ers, delivery is critical.
